Renowned actors Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur are set to share the screen for the first time in the upcoming Telugu cinematic creation, “Family Star.”
The much-anticipated Telugu film, “Family Star,” featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur, has officially secured its release date on April 5.
Vijay Deverakonda, taking to his social media platforms, unveiled a fresh poster along with the announcement of the film’s release date. His caption intriguingly reads, “Scheduled Arrival: April 05, 2024.”
“Family Star” marks Vijay Deverakonda’s return to the silver screen following his 2023 venture, “Kushi.” The teaser, previously released by the filmmakers, provided a glimpse into Deverakonda’s versatile portrayal as both a family-oriented individual and a robust hero capable of confronting adversaries.
In the preview footage, Deverakonda is showcased engaging in domestic chores, managing kitchen responsibilities, and ensuring the safe commute of children to school. The subsequent scene unfolds with him confronting an individual who questions his traditional masculinity due to his involvement in household activities.
Deverakonda, responding to the inquiry, retorts, “Your assertions are rather amusing. Does the act of purchasing onions diminish my manhood? Is preparing children for school indicative of a lack of masculinity? Will the act of bending a rod in isolation establish my masculine identity?” The sequence concludes with him vehemently confronting an opponent.
“Family Star,” under the direction of Parasuram Petla, is a collaborative production effort involving Dil Raju and Shirish. This cinematic endeavor promises a distinctive portrayal and narrative, setting the stage for an immersive cinematic experience.
